Bid Wars: Pawn Empire Tips
Bidding – When bidding it’s important not to raise the price higher than it should. The best time to bid is when the auctioneer is saying “Going twice” this means that it’s almost sold to the highest bidder and is a great time to bid. If you bid to early you’ll increase the price for no reason an will end up paying more if you get in a bidding war. The computers are pretty good at turning a profit in that they will stop before they take a loss. That’s why it’s a good idea to wait until the end before you put in your bid.
Community College – This is where you can put rare, very rare and legendary items to get more information about them. Ayanna Farmer the Professor Ph.D. will take an hour per item so your gonna want to do it sooner than later to save space in the inventory. One of the goals in Bid Wars: Pawn Empire is to learn about every item in the game. This can take a long time to find them all and even longer to get them appraised. You can watch videos to reduce the time or you can pay with gold to have it done right away.
Exchange – The exchange is where you can by gold for real money or trade gold for in-game cash. This can be a great help if you ever run out of money in game and need a little start up cash again. You can tap on the Free gold bars to watch video and receive gold without having to pay for it. This is a nice touch as a lot of games wont allow for free earnings of in-game special currency.
Free Gold – You can get free gold by watching videos at the Exchange.
Inventory – This is the building next to your Pawn Shop that lets you hold onto items after an auction. It can be really important to get it’s size up so you can hold onto more stuff at once. This will allow more time to get items appraised that need to and help with being able to play more.
Library – The library is where you can view a list of all the different items you’ve found including common, uncommon, rare, very rare and legendary quality. It wont be open right away, but will be available very early in the game. The better the item the harder it is to find. Some wont be available until you open up higher levels in the game and have access to people selling you goods in your pawn shop. Rare, very rare and legendary items will have more information about them from real life including knowledge you probably didn’t know about. Collecting them all will be quite a challenge so here’s a rare, very rare, and legendary list to help you out when your collecting.
Objectives – Be sure to tap on the cell phone in the bottom left corner of the map for objectives that will earn you gold, cash and experience. They are pretty easy to complete and usually ask you to sell a couple items along with unlocking certain game features.
Pawn Shop – This is where your going to be selling the goods that you find in storage lockers. The more an item is worth the more time it will take to get an offer from someone. As your level increases you’ll be able to sell more stuff at once after purchasing more shelves. At level 8 you’ll be able to handle clients which will bring you items that can be purchased from them and the resold for a profit.
Rental Houses – If you search the north west of the map you’ll come across 5 different rental properties that can earn cash over time and help when you run out of funds. The first one is available for purchase at level 10 for $5600. The rest will be open for purchase after you level up more, though the cost will also go up.
Upgrades – Be sure to purchase all of the upgrades to get more space and features in the game. This is located in the upper right corner of the map and is shown as a hammer and a blue tile.
